Robert H. Richter is a Director in our firm and a member of the Workers’ Compensation Defense Department. He was admitted into practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania and U.S. District Court, District of Delaware in 1982. Bob is a graduate of the University of Delaware (B.S., 1975) and Widener University School of Law (J.D., 1981). He is a member of the Delaware, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations.
Prior to entering private practice, Bob served as a Deputy Attorney General, State of Delaware Department of Justice from 1982 to 1988. He was counsel to the Delaware Industrial Accident Board from 1986 to 1988 and counsel to the Delaware Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board from 1985 to 1986. He is a member of the Delaware State and American Bar Associations.
