Harvey O. Thomas Jr.

Harvey Thomas is an Associate in our Workers’ Compensation Defense Department.

Harvey graduated from Rutgers Law School in January of 2022. By the end of the year, he was admitted to practice law in Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Harvey’s legal career began as a paralegal at Andres De Cos LLC in 2015 where he worked on personal injury and debt collection cases. In 2020, he went to the Delaware Department of Justice Fraud & Consumer Protection Division to work as a paralegal in their Investor Protection Unit. In 2021, the Fraud & Consumer Protection Division commended him for outstanding research and significant contributions on investigations.
