Delaware Workers’ Compensation Maximum/ Minimum Rates 2014

Secretary of Labor John J. McMahon, Jr. has announced that the average weekly wage in Delaware for calendar year 2013 was $998.35. This wage figure was derived from data from employers participating in the State’s unemployment insurance system.
Based on this weekly wage figure, the maximum weekly workers’ compensation rate will be $665.57. The minimum workers’ compensation rate will be $221.86. The daily rates are as follows:
