Garrett Baker and Scott Mondell recognized in Delaware Today’s Top Lawyers 2014

Congratulations to Elzufon attorneys Garrett Baker and Scott Mondell for their recent recognition in Top Lawyers 2014: Lawyers’ Picks for the Best in Delaware.
They were acknowledged for their practice in the area of workers’ compensation. This specific recognition was removed from the list until Delaware Today brought it back this year.
Mr. Mondell and Mr. Baker were the only two included in the workers’ compensation category. Lawyers on the full list were chosen by a survey of Delaware lawyers.
Elzufon Austin Tarlov & Mondell has participated in thousands of cases involving these issues and others, including attempts to reform prior agreements, calculation of benefits, forfeiture of benefits, commutation of benefits and attempts to rehabilitate an injured worker from both a medical and vocational standpoint.
